I need Anime SFX

I need Something like this on top. I had a SFX sheet that had this but because Someone hacked my computer and wiped all my information I don't have it anymore. I remember I got the sheet from the spriters resource but I can't find now that they changed up the website (it's more confusing to find stuff now.)

Anyways can Someone help me find this Sheet or give it to me if you have it already?

Also does anyone know where I can find a Crater SFX. I've been looking for that for a while now. The one Alvin Earthworm uses in his movies. I think Eric may have it, not sure though.
